1. IP1900 atau IP1980 akan terdeteksi dengan nama “IP1800ASA”.
2. Kalau tidak terdeteksi coba rubah setting di kanan atas pada “USB port” lalu tekan “Device ID” usahakan muncul identitas printernya di kehendaki.
3. Centang “Cleaning” dan “EPROM Clear” lalu tekan “Test Pattern1″ tunggu sampai muncul kertas hasil test print kmd “Test Pattern2″ kmd dst sampai “Test Pattern3″ lalu tekan “Main” dan “Platen” pada Group wasteink.

Rata rata 4-5 kali baru kita bisa berhasil tapi ada yang berulang ulang tidak berhasil, banyak faktornya dari segi User tersebut mempunyai cukup pengalaman dan tidak punya basic teknisi atau tidak, pikiran fresh atau di kejar waktu, dsb.
